How do I get a price list?
We can email you the pricelist with its respective sizes, just contact our Sales Representative at
sales@whiteboards.com.ph.
We can also submit to you a formal quotation if required. To prepare a formal quotation, we require the following Contact Details:
Company Name, Address, Contact Nos. Contact Person and email address.
Do you make custom whiteboards?
Yes, we do customize whiteboards / corkboards according to your specific size preferred as long as it doesn’t go beyond the maximum
height of 48” inches and maximum length of 96” inches. We also require 50% Down payment to be deposited to the company’s bank account.
There will be a lead time of 4 to 5 days depending on the no. of whiteboards. We only allow whiteboards with aluminum frame only,
no other frames are available.
How long does your whiteboard last?
With proper care and maintenance, it can last about 2 -3 years. You may checkout our blogs for proper maintenance of magnetic whiteboards.
Does your whiteboards have warranty?
No, it doesn’t have any warranty but we can have it repaired by our whiteboard specialist if necessary. There will be a Service Fee
of P500.00 plus materials additional to the repair. There is fee for diagnosis however there will be a charge for the pull-out and delivery
of the whiteboard depending where you are located. Repair could take 3-5 days. A quotation on the repair service will be provided via email
or fax and wait for the confirmation before we proceed with the repair.

How long will it take to deliver?
Within 2 – 3 days for Wall Type & With Stand Rollers Type of Whiteboards
Within 4 – 7 days for Custom made / Double Face with Reversible Stand / Whiteboard & Corkboard Combination.
Is there a Delivery Charge within Metro Manila?

Can you deliver at Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan, Pangasinan, Baguio, Subic, Pampanga?
Yes we can as long as you shoulder the shipping charges. We can ship your orders via Air21 or LBC or any suggested courier you prefer.
We can also coordinate with Bus Liners to have your whiteboards shipped as long as they have a Bus Terminal in Pasay City.
Or you may have them picked up to our address in Paranaque. Terms will be Payment-Before-Delivery.
Can we pick up the whiteboard in your office?
Yes, just give us 2 – 3 days to have it prepared before you can have it picked up. All our whiteboards / corkboards will be coming from our
warehouse that will be delivered to our office in Paranaque.
PRICING
What is the minimum order?
There is no Minimum Order required.
How much do you charge for whiteboard installation / assemble?
Php 500.00 Installation Charge for Wall Types & Php 500.00 for Assembly Charge for Whiteboards with Stand & Rollers.
Can I get discounts on bulk orders?
Yes. This depends on the number of orders you require. The more you order the bigger the discount. For more than five (5) magnetic whiteboards

How much do you charge for rush orders?
There will be a additional charge of Php 400.00 for RUSH delivery. This depends on the availability of stock.

How can we pay the 50% Down Payment?
Kindly deposit the Down Payment via Bank Deposit to the company’s bank account.
Do you accept credit card payments?
We do not accept Credit Card payments.
Can we apply for terms?
For new customers we can only accept Cash-On-Delivery but we can negotiate your terms after the 10th transaction with us.
Can we pay using a post dated check?
We do not accept Post-Dated-Checks for first time customers. We only accept Cash-On-Delivery for the mean time.
Can we pay using dated check?
Yes we accept Dated Checks however we require to have it cleared first before we release or delivery your orders.

Do you ship nationwide?

For Metro Manila = Free Delivery
For Northern & Southern Luzon = The customer shoulders the Shipping Charges via Prepaid
For Visayas & Mindanao Areas = The customer shoulders the Shipping Charges via Freight Collect
What is Prepaid & Freight Collect?
Prepaid = Shipping Charges to be paid before shipping
Freight Collect = Shipping Charges to be paid upon delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, as long as the customer shoulders the Shipping Charges and other Government Taxes and Fees locally and internationally.
